The American Automobile Association, known by its ubiquitous acronym AAA, has been protecting 55 million members for more than a century. However, as in many large organizations, the top AAA executives at North America’s largest roadside assistance organization lacked cohesive online professional profiles. They were missing a personal brand approach that also reflected their pedigree and the company’s mission and vision.
